What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can send your loved ones physical or e-gift cards that they can redeem when they visit the store. The rice for the gift cards start from 6,000 INR and go up to 50,000 INR.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our stores accept the following payment methods: BHIM UPI, Google Pay, Debit/Credit card, Netbanking, and Cash.
Do you offer warranty?
All our products are covered under a 6 month warranty period which is for any unintentional damage/fault in the watches. This process will only be available to the customer if they have the original receipts of purchase. If a customer wants support after 6 months of purchase, they will have to pay for the service. Note that we do not have our own service centre and we get it outsourced from one of the most renown watch repair service in the world.
Do you offer seasonal coupons/discounts?
Generally, in the month of January, we have a 30% End of Season Sale going on. However, this offer is applicable only if you spend over a sum of 15,000 INR at our store. Other than this, we host a lucky draw annually where 3 lucky winners from the city get a chance to try and test a few of our premium watches before they are officially launched.
